About Us
The Children’s Centre

A voluntary project of the University Women’s Association at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, founded in 1978 to help children and youth attain their full potential. It is housed in the Madam Hulder Iwuanyanwu Building donated by Chief (Dr.) E. C. Iwuanyanwu in memory of his mother. Services include a model children’s library, which also serves as teaching laboratory for Library and Information Science students; activity programs for all-round development; and outreach to the wider community.
