The Psycho-Educational Testing Services (PETS) of Children’s Centre, initiated in 2000 by Prof. Wilhelmina Kalu, aims to provide testing and counseling services for children with learning disabilities, the gifted, the mentally retarded, and those with other special needs. Prof. Kalu donated toys and her research and testing materials, also conducting a workshop on their use.
